ADMIN MANAGER AU ACCOUNTING PRACTICE | PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME (WFH)

Our client is a highly-regarded Australian accounting firm seeking an exceptional Admin and Client Liaison Manager to join their progressive team. Only those with experience in an Australian accounting practice may apply.

About You

You will be the perfect fit if you have/are:

  • At least 4 years of full-time experience in a professional Australian accounting practice

  • Highly software literate, with the ability to adapt to cutting-edge systems

  • Solid knowledge and experience with ASIC and corporate secretarial matters (Including addressing changes, share issues, share transfers, resignations, appointments, etc.)

  • Solid experience with all ATO matters (Tax Agents Portal, lodgment program, submission of ATO requests, deferral, remission, registrations, etc.)

  • Experience with the formation of companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, liaising with law firms to vary deeds, etc.

  • Strong experience in FYI Docs Elite (advanced skills, Automation, Database maintenance) and Now Infinity (Corporate Document and Legal platform)

  • Outstanding communication skills and enjoy building relationships with clients and understanding their needs

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills - a natural conversationalist/presenter who loves to explain, describe, host, speak and write

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines

  • Experience in effectively managing an assistant (role, duties, review, task allocation, ensure efficiency)

  • Confident, bright, and have a commonsense approach

  • Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships

  • Desire to do everything at 100% and a strong eye for detail

  • Want to be part of a committed team

  • Interested in career progression into practice management, bookkeeping and other opportunities within the firm
